2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

4. Payment Terms
50% advance payment is required to initiate the order.
Remaining 50% payment must be cleared at the time of delivery/dispatch.
5. Product Development Process
Initial sample is developed and shared with the client.
Once approved, a unique product code is generated.
Product moves to production stage.
Post-production sample is shared again for final approval.
Upon approval, product goes for filling and packaging.
Final dispatch is completed.
6. Delivery Timeline
New product development: approximately 45–60 days (can extend up to 60–90 days depending on complexity).
Repeat orders: approximately 25–30 days.
7. Advance & Production
Production is initiated only after advance payment and sample approval.
8. Changes & Modifications
Any changes requested after sample approval may affect cost and delivery timelines.
